- Ticket prices are determined by event organizers and may include additional service or processing fees.
- Entry to events requires a valid ticket or confirmation as issued by Ticket & Venue.
Organizer Responsibilities
- Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, pricing, scheduling, and ticket allocation.
- Organizers must honor all valid ticket entries purchased through the platform.
- Ticket & Venue reserves the right to edit or remove listings that violate our content guidelines or legal standards.
- Events must comply with all local and national laws.
Ticket Booking and Payment
- We enable secure online ticket booking using integrated payment gateways (Paystack and Squadco).
- Prices displayed may include taxes, service fees, or payment gateway charges.
- Users can pay in NGN or USD depending on their selected currency preference.
- Tickets are issued only upon successful payment.
- Tickets can also be downloaded from the user dashboard.
- Ticket & Venue is not responsible for lost or deleted confirmation emails.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site—including logos, graphics, icons, scripts, software, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of Ticket & Venue or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Ticket & Venue is not liable for:

- Technical malfunctions, internet interruptions, or payment delays
- Losses arising from user error or failure to attend events

Termination
Ticket & Venue reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or disrupting site operations.
